Juraj Siska is a competition and private enforcement professional specialising in the structuring, financing, and execution of large-scale antitrust damages actions across Europe.

He is a Partner and Director of LitFin France & Benelux, where he built and leads the Brussels office and is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex cross-border cases, including cartel damages, abuse of dominance, and collective redress actions. He works with multinational companies, public bodies, law firms, and economic experts to design litigation and funding strategies that transform competition law infringements into actionable claims.

Before joining LitFin, Juraj worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition as a case handler. He previously served as Competition Counsel at CDC Cartel Damage Claims, advising on EU-wide private enforcement strategies and damages litigation before national courts.

Juraj is a regular speaker at international conferences and advises on the commercial and strategic aspects of private enforcement, including case selection, risk allocation, and funding structures. He holds advanced degrees in European and economic law from the College of Europe, Université libre de Bruxelles, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and the University of Strasbourg.
