Theodoor Verheij specialises in high-profile litigation, both in regular courts and before arbitral tribunals. His experience includes three of the largest antitrust damages actions in the Netherlands, in which he acts on behalf of different claimants: the cartel damages claims filed against major global airlines (Air cargo) and European truck manufacturers (Trucks), and the pan-European damages action of hotels against Booking.com. He has also successfully defended one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world in a Dutch collective action.
