Course Information

Registration will be at 08:30 on Day One. The course will commence at 09:00 and end at 14:30. There will be breaks for refreshments and lunch will be served at the end of each day’s session (for in-person delegates).

Andre is a highly experienced trainer who is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has great practical knowledge to understand both the accounting and financial aspects of the Private Equity sector. 

Andre acts as a consultant to major investment management organisations and the sell-side research teams on valuation and modelling that provide insights into current market trends in advanced Private Equity domain. His career also includes experience within investment management; building valuation models and processes that provides further insight in the subject. He has spent lot of his time and efforts on working within various Private Equity deals and building models to incorporate the financial effects of various types of transactions.
