Jacob Mendoza is of counsel in the London office of Morrison Foerster and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Jacob's practice focuses on corporate finance and the representation of issuers and borrowers in the global institutional financial marketplace. He represents clients in a range of financing transactions, including bank syndications, private secured and unsecured debt placements, bilateral lending and various bank finance products. He also has a specialized practice representing non-U.S. entities that wish to make cross-border private placements of securities to various financial institutions.
