Sabrina is a strategic, results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience crafting scientifically grounded strategies and engagements rooted in customer insights. Her career has centered on translating complex medical and behavioral data into actionable initiatives across marketing, medical education, and scientific communications. With a strong focus on healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, she excels at uncovering the hidden drivers behind disease awareness and clinical behavior to inform impactful programming.
Sabrina has played a pivotal role in the launch of more than 20 brands across diverse therapeutic areas, with a particular passion for rare diseases. She thrives in collaborating with key stakeholders—bridging molecular science with clinical relevance to address unmet medical needs. Her leadership during product launches includes developing brand lexicons, scientific communication platforms, and multidisciplinary advisory boards, as well as designing MSL training programs that ensure scientific alignment across teams.
Before joining her current role at Sanofi as the Director of Franchise Operations for Global Rare Disease, Sabrina served as the Global Medical Communications Lead for rare GI at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and the Director of Global Medical Communications at PTC Therapeutics. There, she led cross-functional efforts across the pipeline, developing internal education initiatives and external HCP-facing programs focused on rare, rare pediatric neuromuscular diseases and oncology.
Sabrina holds an MBA in Marketing from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. While there, she spearheaded strategy and content development for the Spring Healthcare Business Association Conference, A Catalyst for Change: Healing Healthcare for Greater Trust. The event brought together leading voices in patient advocacy and DEI to explore solutions for rebuilding trust in healthcare systems.
Beyond her professional work, Sabrina is deeply committed to community impact. She volunteers as a Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish, serves as President of the New York Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, mentors aspiring creatives through 100 Roses from Concrete’s GROWTH Initiative, and serves as a council member for the Member Advisory Council for Chief.
