The Product Valuation and Deal Structure Masterclass, taking place 18th February - 25th February 2025, is taught via a case study groups and live, interactive sessions (see below for dates and times).
The course platform, Moodle, opens one week in advance of Day 1 and to complete the course and access the certificate of completion, attendance at all live sessions is required.

Case Study – Part 1
Review of the task and case study model
Participants will be divided into groups to work on the task. Each group is assigned to either the “buy-side” or “sell-side” of the case and assigned a partner group with which to negotiate a deal.
