Manoj Nair is the Founder and Principal of SVM Contract Consultants based in Mumbai, India. He has over 20 years of professional experience in consulting and training.
On the Client side, he has extensive experience in advising clients on how to improve their contracts and take preventative steps in reducing claims. He has worked with diverse clientele throughout his carrier including companies from Construction, Power, EPC, Telecom, IT, Travel, Insurance, Cement, Manufacturing, Media, Banking, Oil and Gas and Publishing House.
He has extensive training experience and has till date conducted more than 190 corporate training’s, on topics like :- Contract Drafting, Contract Negotiations, Contract/Procurement Management, Managing Outsourcing Contracts, Proposal Writing, Statement Of Work (SOW), Vendor Management, Negotiations for Supply Chain Managers, FIDIC Conditions Of Contract, US FCPA And UK Bribery Act, Business Case Writing, Claims Management, and Negotiations.
