Putting present bias and diversity under a magnifying glass

As a new generation of leaders begin to make their way up in the industry, present biases are being challenged and issues such as diversity are being put under a magnifying glass. This is due to the shifting priorities of society and the need for organisations to be an accurate reflection of the world we live in.

Harriet Shepherd, Financial Wellbeing Manager at St James's Place Wealth Management,  explores present bias and diversity within the industry and what financial well-being actually is.  Additionally, she talks on her first experience at IMpower, and her experience on The Voice.
