David is a Partner at KIN Capital. Prior to joining KIN Capital, David was the Chief Legal Officer of Starlight Investments responsible for private, institutional and public transactions, capital raising and deal structuring resulting in growth of more than $30B of AUM across North America and Europe. David was also a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto practicing public and private mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance for both public and private international and domestic clients with an emphasis on the real estate sector. David is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and has been recognized for executive excellence receiving the 2020 and 2021 Law Department Leader of the Year Excellence Award by Canada Law Awards and as a finalist for the 2021 Canadian General Counsel Awards – Business Achievement.
