Associations providing CPD credits
Applications with the below associations have been made for the 2026 Québec Apartment Investment Conference.
Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Attendance at the 2026 Québec Apartment Investment Conference is eligible for 6 credits from AMF Professional Development Units. Attendance during the full day is required to receive these credits. Please make sure to request your AMF CPD credits during the registration process.
IMPORTANT: You will no longer need to sign an attendance sheet to prove your attendance at the forum but the time of badge pickup will be used as your arrival time stamp. You still must attend the entire forum from at least 8:15 am to 4:45 pm and scan your badge at the CPD scan station next to the registration desk when leaving the event after the last session.
Barreau du Québec
The Barreau du Québec no longer offers a training eligibility verification service as of August 1, 2025, and leaves the decision to submit their certificate of attendance to lawyers after reviewing the training guide. All participants wishing to obtain a certificate of attendance can request one when registering for the Forum.
Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ)
Attendance at the 2026 Québec Apartment Investment Conference is eligible for 4 credits from Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ). Attendance during the full day is required to receive these credits. Please make sure to request your OACIQ CPD credits during the registration process.

Key points to know about earning your CPD credits
Attendance Certificate
Requests for Attendance Certificates can be requested during the event registration process.
A per event, one-off non-refundable admin fee of $55 plus tax will be applied. More than one certificate per event can be requested.
The admin fee is waived for REF Club Members, speakers and those attendees using sponsor allocated registrations.
Any inquiries regarding credits must be received by the organizers within three months following the date of the event. After this date, the CPD certificate process will be deemed closed and the organizers are not obligated to enter into dialogue for requests, edits to attendance certificates nor submissions to associations.
CPD Policies
Where requested by an association, attendance audits will be provided.
The organizers will not enter into communications between an association and attendee in regards to disputes on qualifying attendance for credits, other than to provide platform analytics when applicable.
Admin fees are non-refundable.
