Arnaud Duchêne joined the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ in 2015. Prior to his appointment as Project Manager in 2017, he served as Financial Analyst, reporting to the Vice-President, Investments. His responsibilities include analyzing and making recommendations to the Fonds immobilier whether to participate in a given residential, commercial, office, industrial or community housing project. He also ensures follow-up with developer partners to maximize the operational and financial success of the projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. Duchêne has contributed to the construction and development of several thousand residential units, collaborating with both private and social developers.

Mr. Duchêne holds a Master’s degree in finance from UQAM’s École des sciences de la gestion. He also holds a Bachelor in International Business from La Rochelle Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences
