Charles-André is Senior Vice President in JLL's Valuation and Advisory Services division for the Quebec region. Charles-André began his career in 2002 and has worked in nearly all areas of real estate. Since 2008, Charles-André has focused his expertise on multi-residential buildings, senior residences, and student housing. He specializes in market studies, valuations for various purposes including self-assessment, as well as property tax management. Accompanied by his team of experts, Charles-André supports developers to ensure optimal execution of projects aligned with market trends. Charles-André holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (major in real estate and urban analysis) and has been a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Appraisers (OEAQ) since 2002.
