Florence is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating multifamily mortgage investments across Canada. Prior to joining KingSett, Florence spent two years with JLL’s Capital Markets Group, where she held progressive positions. Florence led commercial real estate transactions and advisory mandates across all main asset classes, gaining expertise in due diligence and negotiation. Florence is fluent in French and English and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal. She is actively involved with Meals on Wheels as a board member and the Montreal General Hospital's Mental Health Department as an ambassador.
