Francis Faucher is Chief Investment Officer and Fund Manager of Youville Group and is an active operator of the firm’s investments and handles acquisitions all the way through disposition, while being in direct contact with investors. He Co-Chairs the Investment Committee and Advising Partners. He takes care of financial modeling, finance & accounting, budgeting & forecasting, FP&A, credit analysis, portfolio management, portfolio analysis, portfolio allocation, etc. Mr. Faucher has experience in commercial real estate through ground up, multifamily, single family, hotels, MHP, commercial and industrial. Prior to joining the firm, he was working for the Royal Bank of Canada where he worked in the investment department as such as lending department. He also acts as a lecturer in financial engineering applied to Commercial Real Estate and he is on a board of directors as a treasurer. Mr. Faucher holds a bachelor’s in business administration, Finance specialization from HEC Montreal.
