Gabriel Fournier Filion is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of UTILE. UTILE currently develops and manages more than 2000 affordable housing units across five cities in Québec, addressing the needs of the student population.

Committed to sustained growth, the organization aims to deliver 800 new units per year, while continuously exploring innovative solutions to reduce costs, minimize environmental impact, and improve tenants’ quality of life. These projects are made possible through unique partnerships bringing together public stakeholders, associations, and private investors, ensuring a sustainable and inclusive development model.
