Giovanni De Benedictis joined CMHC in July 2009 as a Homeowner Insurance underwriter. Over the years, he has occupied various operational and leadership roles, Multi-Unit Underwriting, Multi-Unit Client Relationship for the Province of Québec and Advisor for affordable housing partnerships.
He is now the National Key Account Manager for various Multi-Unit lenders throughout Canada.
Giovanni has over 15 years of experience in residential and Multi-Unit real estate financing and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from Concordia University. Prior to joining CMHC, he worked for various financial institutions in real estate financing.
