Guillaume Jacob is Senior Vice President with CBRE Montréal’s National Investment Team. He specializes on client advisory services for industrial, urban land/development, and multifamily investment properties. Guillaume has completed over $6 billion in real estate transactions across the Province of Québec. In addition, Guillaume won CBRE’s 2022 Rookie of the Year, and serves as a real estate lecturer at Concordia University’s JMSB Executive Centre and panelist at various industry events.
