Jeroen Henrich is Senior Vice President of Development at Cadillac Fairview. He is responsible for the conception and execution of real estate projects in Quebec and other Canadian provinces.

He has contributed to transforming the Quad Windsor sector in downtown Montreal, having worked on the three Tours Des Canadiens and 750 Peel Street projects. He currently oversees major redevelopment projects of shopping centres in the greater Montreal area through a master planning process to create human-scale environments that offer an urban, dynamic, and connected experience.
