A graduate in fine arts and communications and holder of an MBA in management consulting, Louis-Philippe Myre began his career in audiovisual production. In 2005, when his photography studio was threatened by real estate speculation, he got involved in defending the artist studios at the Grover Factory and moved his family into a housing cooperative. In 2006, he joined an association of housing cooperatives bringing together 15,000 housing units where he held various management roles in member services. During this period, he also taught creative problem solving in the social and public communication department at UQAM. In 2018, he joined Interloge in the role of Director of Real Estate Development. Since 2021, he has the position of general manager. He his also President of ACHAT, a group of NPO developers and non-profit housing operators. Louis-Philippe has almost 20 years of experience in collective real estate. He masters both the realities of operating collective buildings and real estate development, both in the cooperative sector and with housing NPOs.
