Since beginning his career in 2006, Marc has been involved in the underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and negotiation of over 150 multi-residential transactions totaling more than 16,000 apartments or $4B in transactional volume. Servicing institutional, public, and private clients, Marc has brokered many of the province’s largest and most complex transactions.
