Marie-France Benoit joined Avison Young Canada in 2022 as National Director of Market Intelligence. Responsible for developing and implementing the company's market insights strategy, she is also actively involved in the rollout of the leading-edge market analysis technology solutions powered by Avison Young’s.

Marie-France is building upon more than three decades in the Commercial Real Estate industry, including 15 years with the Altus Group where she held a variety of roles including business development, advisory, and data and product management, making her mark delivering insightful market analytics and strategic solutions. She is recognized in the industry as a specialist in the communication of data and information on the commercial real estate market in all its forms.

Marie-France is a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University J-Molson School of Business and completed an Executive MBA in Real Estate Studies at Université du Québec à Montréal. She is involved in several industry committees and is a member of CREW M.
