Sergio Callocchia is a Senior Director with Altus Group’s Montreal office and responsible to lead the Cost & Management division with his team across the province of Quebec.
As a Construction Economist specializing in building systems, Mr. Callocchia is certified as both a Professional Quality Surveyor (PQS) and Professional Technologists (PT) and brings over 35 years of experience and expertise in Commercial Real Estate Services. Over his extensive career Mr. Callocchia has provided vital insight and knowledge to significant players such as financial institutions, architectural and engineering firms, Federal, Provincial and municipal government institutions and private developers and builders on many key projects.
