An urban planner with a master’s degree in public administration, Sophie Rousseau-Loiselle has over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in strategic planning, project development, and financing solutions. Drawing on her expertise across community, social, and private environments, she has served as Executive Director of the Fédération des coopératives d’habitation montérégiennes and as a real estate project manager at the SHDM. She later held various roles at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) before being appointed General Manager of the SHDM in October 2023.
