Stéphane L'Espérance, an architect and president of Construgep, has successively worked as a welder, carpenter, and joiner. His passion for construction led him to complete a bachelor's degree in architecture, earn a master's degree in planning, and obtain a graduate diploma in Project Management from HEC Montréal. Subsequently, he conducted research on project management in Latin America on behalf of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
With this background, Stéphane L'Espérance founded Construgep in 1997, a dynamic company offering real estate development and construction project management services. At the helm of a thriving business with around sixty employees, Stéphane, along with his multidisciplinary team in real estate development and construction, creates complete and inclusive living environments, thus combining his entrepreneurial skills with a profound social commitment.
