Over the past 30 years, Stéphane L'Espérance, architect and president of Construgep, has successively worked as a welder, carpenter, architect, contractor, and developer. His passion for construction led him to complete a bachelor's degree in architecture, earn a master's degree in urban planning, as well as a graduate diploma in project management from HEC Montréal. Subsequently, he conducted research on project management in Latin America on behalf of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).With this background, Stéphane L'Espérance founded Construgep in 1997, a dynamic company offering real estate development and construction project management services, combining his entrepreneurial skills with a strong social commitment. Leading a prolific company with around sixty employees, Stéphane and his multidisciplinary team in real estate development and construction build eco-friendly housing, whether multi-residential rental, condominium, affordable or social housing. There is only one rule: combining quality with efficiency. Over time, nearly 2000 housing units have been built, including 14 social and community housing projects. Currently more than 2,145 housing units are under development and construction.
