Sylvie is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg.

Sylvie advises public and private clients on the full range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, project development and joint ventures. Clients ranging from high-profile REITS to pension funds, as well as real estate developers and managers, rely on her extensive legal and market knowledge.

Sylvie has particular expertise in negotiating and drafting agreements and in all aspects of commercial condominiums.

Sylvie serves as director of the Urban Development Institute of Québec, Fondation immobilière de Montréal pour les jeunes and UTILE.
