Thierry Samlal has been a real estate broker for 20 years and has been with PMML for 7 years this year. He specializes in the sale of existing, new and recent portfolios and multi-units, as well as land for densification. He has concluded and continues to conclude major sales in the social housing segment in collaboration with well-established NPOs assisted by various levels of government. Thierry also hosts popular information capsule broadcasts on PMML.TV. He is a regular panelist at major conferences in Montreal and Toronto, where he explains market trends. He is active in various homeowners' and builders' associations. Working actively with vendors, he helps create new comparables and contributes to improving the Greater Montreal market. His experience has given him in-depth knowledge of the province's different market segments and helped him develop first-level relationships with a vast network of local and North American partners.
