President and Founder of Levier Real Estate Agency, an integrated boutique mortgage brokerage specializing exclusively in medium to very large rental properties in Quebec, Tommy Archambault has been active as a real estate and mortgage broker for over 20 years.

A lawyer by training, Tommy quickly moved into the financial sector, where he enjoyed a successful start to his career in banking. This led him to the position of Senior Director in construction financing for one of Quebec's largest lenders.

With a vision, Tommy founded Levier in 2015. Over the past decade, Levier has quickly carved out a niche for itself as a reference in terms of multi-residential project financing, particularly projects with financing provided by CMHC.

Since its inception, Levier has generated a business volume exceeding $6 billion and has successfully delivered over 700 financings, with more than 20,000 rental units financed to date. For several years, Levier has thus positioned itself as the benchmark in new rental mortgage brokerage in Quebec
