Brad Cutsey is President & CEO of InterRent REIT. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic planning and capital allocation directives for its nearly $4B multi-residential portfolio encompassing 13,000 residential suites. Passionate about the REIT’s role in supporting the growth and development of Canadian communities, Brad and his dedicated team will continue to advocate for the need to increase the supply of housing in Canada, building better communities for the thousands of families who call an InterRent community home. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and capital markets industry, Brad has advised on several billion dollars in real estate transactions, equity and debt financings, and has played a key role in the birth of a number of publicly listed REITs. He was recognized as the number one stock picker in the Canadian 2012 StarMine Analyst Awards and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for NEXUS Industrial REIT, chairing the audit committee.
