Profile

Mr. Schonfeldt brings almost 20 years of extensive experience in real estate investment and capital markets. He served as Chief Investment Officer at CAPREIT from 2022 to 2026, where he executed over $6 billion in strategic transactions. Before that, he spent over 11 years at RBC Capital Markets as Managing Director within Global Investment Banking. Earlier he held various roles at Solaris Capital Advisors, KPMG and PwC.
