Profile

Kate joined BMO Global Asset Management’s global equity team in 2022. Kate is responsible for managing REIT allocations across global equity mandates as well as REIT-dedicated portfolios. She brings over 15 years of experience specializing in real estate securities. Prior to joining BMO GAM, Kate served as Vice President, Portfolio Manager, Global Real Estate at CI Global Asset Management.

Kate was recognized as a Canadian TopGun Investment Mind by Brendan Wood International in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2025, including Platinum Class recognition in 2023 and 2025.

Kate holds a Master of Finance from Queen’s University Smith School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.
