Matt currently covers real estate issuers representing a cross section of the Canadian REIT universe. While in IB, Matt worked on a number of lead mandates involving debt and equity issuances and M&A / advisory services. Highlights include the IPO of HealthLease Properties REIT and formal 61-101 valuation of TransGlobe Apartment REIT.
