Matt joined National Bank Financial's real estate research team in June 2012 after five years in the firm's investment banking (IB) group. Matt currently covers real estate issuers representing a cross section of the Canadian REIT universe. While in IB, Matt worked on a number of lead mandates involving debt and equity issuances and M&A / advisory services.
