Profile

Matt Kornack is a Real Estate Analyst and Director, Research, covering real estate issuers representing a cross section of the Canadian REIT universe. Matt joined National Bank Financial's real estate research team in June 2012 after five years in the firm's investment banking (IB) group. Matt currently covers real estate issuers representing a cross section of the Canadian REIT universe. While in IB, Matt worked on a number of lead mandates involving debt and equity issuances and M&A / advisory services. Highlights include the IPO of HealthLease Properties REIT and formal 61-101 valuation of TransGlobe Apartment REIT.
