Mike Brady is the President of Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT (TSX: NWH.UN), one of the world’s leading owners and managers of healthcare real estate with more than $8 billion of assets under management in Canada, United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. Among other high-profile transactions, Mike has led a £500 million UK hospital portfolio disposition, formation of a €2 billion pan-European joint venture fund, and formation of a $4 billion Australian joint venture fund. Mike is a member of the board of directors of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (VHP.NZ) and is a graduate of Dalhousie University, where he earned his BA (Economics), MBA and Law degrees. Mike practised commercial real estate and corporate law in downtown Toronto prior to joining Northwest, and was selected as a finalist for Canadian General Counsel of the Year in 2019.
