Nancy is the VP, Financial Reporting and CFO at REALPAC. As part of the senior management team, Nancy is responsible for all REALPAC financial and reporting matters, as well as developing financial and reporting best practices for the industry. She works with the Real Estate Equity Securitization Alliance (REESA), a global coalition of real estate associations, in advocacy efforts with the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). From 2017 to 2024 she was a member of the Accounting Standards Board of Canada (AcSB) which serves the public interest by establishing standards for financial reporting by Canadian entities and influencing the development of international standards. She was also the Chair of the User Advisory Committee for the AcSB. In 2024 she was appointed to the IFRS Discussion Group of the AcSB. She previously worked with PWC in the audit practice and CPA Ontario teaching at the School of Accountancy.
