Sebastien is an Associate Portfolio Manager at Presima, specializing in various North American listed real estate sectors. Since joining Presima in 2006, he initially covered European real estate stocks for three years before transitioning his focus to North America. In his role, Sebastien collaborates closely with other portfolio managers and actively participates in investment decisions within the North American region. Before his tenure at Presima, Sebastien worked as an investment analyst at Cadim (now Ivanhoé Cambridge). He holds an MSc in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke and earned the CFA designation in 2010.
