Teresa Neto is the Chief Financial Officer of Granite REIT (TSX: GRT.UN, NYSE: GRP.U), appointed in July 2019, and is responsible for the REIT’s financial planning, accounting & reporting, tax, treasury and corporate finance activities as well as information technology and human resources. Teresa has over 37 years of varied business experience including the consumer packaged goods and telecommunications sectors, and the last 17 years in real estate. Teresa has held previous CFO positions at five publicly-traded real estate investment trusts in Canada, most recently with Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust. Teresa holds a Chartered Professional Accountant, C.A. designation and has a B.A. from Laurentian University. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds the ICD.D designation as well as serves as a Trustee of BSR REIT (TSX: HOM.U).
