Ashley Longabaugh is the Head of Wealth Management and a Principal Analyst at Celent.
She advises financial institutions and technology providers on strategic technology decisions across the global wealth management ecosystem. Ashley blends commercial and technical expertise to produce primary research on innovation in areas such as advisor tools, wealthtech platforms, client segmentation, self-directed investing, data privacy, and generative AI.

A prolific author, Ashley’s work has appeared in publications including The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, U.S. News & World Report, and Business Insider. Prior to joining Celent, she held roles at Credit Suisse Asset Management and Lyxor Asset Management and earned her Series 7 and 63 licenses. She holds a BSBA in Business Management with a minor in French from Bucknell University. Ashley holds both US and UK citizenship and has previously been based in Celent’s London and New York offices. She is now based in San Francisco.
