Kim has over 20 years of experience in financial services as an executive and private equity investor. Her extensive knowledge in building and leading firms is instrumental to those seeking to scale their businesses and identify solutions to complex business problems.

Before joining MarshBerry, Kim co-founded Bikelane Solutions, a successful next-generation insurance distribution platform that achieved accelerated organic growth and profitability. Kim also served as CFO of Ovation Benefits Group where she drove profitable organic growth, optimized operations, and expanded the solution set. Kim also served as COO and CFO of Karelia, a disease management firm.

Kim spent over a decade at CCP Equity Partners, a financial services focused PE firm that provided growth capital to middle-market firms. In addition to leading investment activity, Kim provided strategic guidance to executives.
