Mark Gilbert is the Co-Founder & CEO of Zocks Communications. Prior to Zocks, Mark served in a variety of Executive and Product Leadership roles at Twilio, Hearsay Systems and Microsoft. Mark has a long history of building high-growth enterprise software businesses and designing some of the world's most widely used products for businesses and developers. He is often sought out for his thought leadership and is a recognized industry expert in Enterprise Platforms, Communications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Mobile Technologies. Mark received his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) with a focus in Electrical Engineering from University of Waterloo.
