Michael has held several senior roles at Sanctuary Wealth, including COO, CAO, Head of Business Development, and currently serves as Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he oversees partner firms' experiences, practice management, business growth, and profitability. Michael also collaborates on Sanctuary’s inorganic growth and M&A activities, and supports the Breakaway Business. He has been instrumental in recruiting over $100MM in revenue into Sanctuary’s network. Michael works closely with various internal teams to ensure top-tier service for partner firms and maintains strong relationships with custodians, vendors, and partners. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 2005, rising to Chief Operating Officer of a Wealth Management Division. There, he led 2,000+ financial advisors, managed expenses, and met growth objectives. Michael holds a B.S. in Business Management from Gettysburg College.
