Mike Wunderli is a Managing Director at ECHELON Partners and has led some of the most notable M&A transactions in the Wealth Management industry. He has been at the forefront of the industry’s remarkable evolution and is regularly consulted as an M&A expert and thought leader by the media and industry leaders.

Prior to ECHELON, Mike spent 12 years at Lehman Brothers and UBS in Private Wealth Management, where he pioneered one of Wall Street’s most successful cross-divisional practices between Wealth Management and Investment Banking. During this time, he sourced over $2 billion in investment-banking and private-equity transactions and built a $400 million+ AUM advisory business.

Throughout his 20+ years in the industry, Mike most enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them maximize their company’s value through highly successful liquidity events.

Mike earned an MBA from The Wharton School and holds Series 7, 66, and 79 FINRA Licenses.
