Steven brings over a quarter century of experience leading Asset and Wealth Management Executive Search & Consulting for Gladstone. Additionally, he supports new client development and oversees Buy-side and Sell-side engagements, across all phases of the process.

Steven is also the host of The Hunter podcast, where he conducts candid conversations with industry trailblazers who have weathered the storms and emerged as leaders in their field. Each episode features insights, lessons, and inspiration from executives who have navigated successful career paths in wealth and asset management, helping listeners chart their own course to success.

In addition to his roles in Search and M&A Brokerage, Steven has been a major contributor to the Envestnet Institute on Campus initiative. He earned his FINRA 79 license in 2022.
