Amy began her career with an investment management firm, where she spent over a decade and discovered her passion for recruiting and talent acquisition within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Mariner, she served as Director of Talent Acquisition at ProActivate, partnering with executive leadership to identify and engage decision-makers and drive strategic hiring initiatives at the director, vice president, and CEO levels.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Missouri State University.
