Chris Mills is Head of Wealth Solutions at Feathery, where he partners with RIAs, broker-dealers, custodians, and fintech firms to modernize the operational infrastructure behind advisor transitions, client onboarding, and account opening.

He brings nearly three decades of experience spanning broker-dealers, RIAs, and wealth technology platforms. Prior to Feathery, Chris served as President of Kovack Securities, a top-50 U.S. broker-dealer, and as CEO of The Pacific Financial Group.

Having worked closely with advisors, operations teams, and technology partners throughout his career, Chris has developed a deep understanding of the operational challenges that come with growth in wealth management, and how to solve them.
