Henry is responsible for overseeing Lido’s national growth efforts through mergers and acquisitions. He has more than fifteen years of experience in a business development and marketing capacity, with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, spanning private equity, investment banking, and wealth management. Prior to Lido, Henry spent four years as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Robertson Stephens where he played an integral role in more than tripling firm assets. Before that, he spent five years at other RIAs including ClearRock Capital and Mercer Global Advisors, where he found his passion for building businesses through M&A. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, coaching youth sports and travelling with his wife, Nousha and their three sons, Brooks, Beau and Archer.
