Jade Miller is leading the next chapter of innovation, growth and strategic transformation at the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA). With a clear vision and a strong commitment to expanding education, access and awareness of alternative investments, Miller is guiding both the organization and the broader alts industry toward a more forward-looking, member- and investor-centric future.

As CEO, Miller oversees the development of innovative programs and initiatives for ADISA members, including comprehensive education, enhanced due diligence and expanded, targeted networking opportunities. With a focus on helping members grow their businesses, she is dedicated to strengthening engagement across the industry and increasing access to alternative investments.

Miller previously served as ADISA’s 2024 board president, the youngest in the association’s history. She has also held leadership roles as conference chair as well as head of the DE&I committee and was recognized with ADISA’s 2022 Distinguished Service Award.

Prior to joining ADISA, Miller was president of capital markets at Bourne Financial Group, where she led investment strategy, product structuring and capital formation. In this role, she was responsible for sourcing equity through broker-dealer, registered investment advisory and institutional relationships, as well as building and managing sales operations across Bourne’s distribution platform.

Miller began her career in 2013 as a junior planner with Ameriprise Financial, where she was introduced to alternative investments. She later joined CNL Securities, where she helped raise more than $1 billion in equity across multiple asset structures and classes, including seniors housing and private equity. She also brings experience in private equity, with a focus on middle-market debt and the quick-service restaurant sector.

Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Alabama and maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. She was named a 2024 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt.
