Joe is the COO at January Capital Advisors and a fractional industry trouble-maker at Conneqtor where he writes an email newsletter, makes lots of useful lists, and tries to convince everybody to start a Skool community.

In his day-to-day, you’ll find Joe posting on LinkedIn, scheduling tech demos, talking with advisors about their tech stack, and promoting community and innovation in the advisortech space.

When working with Joe, you’ll soon realize he has a passion for problem solving and helping others understand the value in optimizing their tech solutions. He’s developed a broad knowledge of the industry from years of reading about and listening to thought leaders in the RIA and fintech space. Today, Joe uses his background and deep industry understanding to help advisors navigate the increasingly complex advisortech landscape.

Joe is a West Virginia native, now living in Lexington, Kentucky with his wife, Amanda, and their three children. In his free time, you’ll find him reading an ever-growing stack of books, curating resources in his Skool communities, or playing with an also ever-growing collection of Paw Patrol pups and Magna-tiles (the kids, not his).
