As Director at MarshBerry and a trusted advisor to founders, executives, and board members across the wealth management landscape, John leads execution of mergers and acquisitions, including transaction strategy, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations. His mandate also includes strategic growth advisory and the delivery of high-impact client solutions that drive enterprise value.

Most recently, John served as Associate Vice President for Nationwide’s Investment Management Group, where he led acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He was responsible for all aspects of deal origination and execution, including integration planning, transaction structuring, and coordination across enterprise stakeholders.

John maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered broker-dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. John earned an MBA from Widener University, a BS from Temple University, and completed executive education in Mergers & Acquisitions through The Wharton School.
