Maria Daley has more than 30 years of experience leading business development and relationship management teams at some of the most prominent financial services firms in the U.S. In her most recent position at Choreo, LLC, as Chief Growth Officer & Practice Leader, she managed the overall development, organization, and organic growth of the firm’s wealth management and business development efforts supporting financial advisors across the country. Maria has deep expertise collaborating with both employee and independent contractor advisors, empowering them to reach their fullest potential.

Maria’s passion lies in developing organic growth strategies and creating business efficiencies. In her previous leadership roles, she has been a strong advocate for advancing the next generation of financial advisors and continues this mission at Perigon Wealth Management. She has worked diligently to enhance practice management, identifying micro and macro trends. Maria continuously evaluates innovative technologies to shape how financial advisors can best enhance clients’ financial wellness. She is a skilled communicator and connector, deeply committed to fostering a culture of client-first service and teamwork while caring deeply about employees.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College. She resides in Tampa with her husband, Mike, and cherishes the moments when her grown daughters come home to visit during breaks from school or vacations – it is always a special time for her family.
