Rob Sandrew is Head of Mariner Independent and a member of Mariner’s Executive Leadership Team. He leads the strategy and growth of Mariner’s independent business, building an advisor-first platform that gives entrepreneurial advisors the freedom of independence backed by the scale and resources of a national wealth management firm.

Before joining Mariner, Rob served as Chief Growth Officer at Integrated Partners, where he helped grow assets under advisement from approximately $3 billion to more than $21 billion. He developed the firm’s W-2 acquisition strategy, expanded its independent advisor platform, and led public relations and strategic marketing partnerships.

A frequent industry speaker and contributor to leading wealth management publications, Rob is recognized for his perspectives on advisor affiliation, practice growth, mergers and acquisitions, and the future of independent wealth management. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
