Scott Danner is Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Steward Partners, where he leads the firm’s M&A and enterprise growth strategy. Since joining Steward following its acquisition of Freedom Street Partners in 2023, Scott has helped drive the firm’s growth from approximately $30 billion to more than $53 billion in client assets as of June 2026, across 80+ offices, including more than $9.4 billion in acquired assets over the past 18 months.

Before Steward, Scott founded and built Freedom Street Partners into a nearly $3.5 billion wealth management firm before selling the business to Steward. Having now sat on both sides of the transaction, he has become a leading voice on M&A, succession, and relationship-driven growth that preserves culture, teams, and client relationships. Scott is also the author of Freedom Street and host of The High Performance LIFE Podcast, with insights featured in Barron’s, Bloomberg, and Forbes.
